距離寶潔CBD暑期實習已經一年了，但跑店的時候和老板老板娘斗智斗勇的畫面好像就在眼前，我當時的老板早已經晉升到下一個職級，同期的新入職的姐姐也已經開始自己承擔生意，好像只是睡了一覺，屬于我的征程也馬上開始。
關于實習的體驗，無論從那個角度描寫都怕寫的不全面，在最后做qualification的時候，回頭看，原來已經走了這么遠。
以人為本，不是說說而已
由于學校原因和疫情原因，在好不容易拿到offer之后如何獲取準許實習證明成為最大的難題，學校不同意，公司又非得要，好不容易拿到的實習offer握在手里好像隨時都有可能變成廢紙，晚上十點打電話給candice（我當時的大老板）一遍遍確認，太珍視寶潔以至于是近乎哀求的語氣，candice因為也是吉大的，幾乎動用了所有的關系幫我去聯(lián)系學校是否可以通融，那個時候發(fā)現(xiàn)，寶潔的人并不只會按規(guī)矩辦事，他們更希望你可以收獲自己真正想要的東西，care people從來也不是嘴上說說。后來經過一番運作我也終于改變學院規(guī)則，但拿到準許實習證明的時候，旅程在剛剛開始。
welcome lunch是和work plan一起來的，打開郵箱發(fā)現(xiàn)的是密密麻麻的日程表，跑店門店覆蓋五十家，幫助線上連鎖便利實現(xiàn)收入增長50%，現(xiàn)在回頭來看是很容易的事情，但對于當時的我簡直就是要我上天。感謝yolanda一遍遍給我加油鼓勁，我還記得第一天跑店額賣到四百時候的開心，第一個月的跑店額達到了1.8x，那個時候覺得自己好厲害，沒想到真正suffer的項目就在不遠處等著我。
八月，是禍不單行
八月的一開始是閉門羹，太忙，不見，有會。負責的客戶好像是聯(lián)合國秘書長。管理的不是兩百個門店，是兩百個國家。挫敗感必然會來，但果然禍不單行，yolanda陪我跑店的時候打的三分好像是當頭一棒，讓我曾經信誓旦旦給其他實習生做經驗分享變成了個笑話。當天1-1是在車上，我回公司還要加班處理冠寓的活動。yolanda心平氣和的對我說。現(xiàn)在說你有問題總比最終的時候說好，你要記住你是寶潔經理，要像寶潔經理一樣思考生意。
生意是什么，能吃么，我要的是KPI啊，我沒敢直接說，怕yolanda把我從車上趕下去。
但項目還是要繼續(xù)，開學促毫無進展，跑店任務還要完成，冠寓項目連影子都沒有。晚上的時候和詩涵吃飯，原來大家的悲歡大抵相同，我愁我的洗衣粉，她愁她的洗發(fā)水，600ml還不如可樂重的東西讓我們在濟南的夏天一點也不快樂。
寶潔的經理們是真的愿意幫忙，當我和璇姐，萌萌姐說出來我的問題的時候，他們完全忽視了我的吞吞吐吐，處理起來就好像是在處理自己的事情，大有一副老弟你咋才說，姐給你整啊的架勢，從選品到定價，從陳列到露出，線上線下，當知道我的困難的時候不僅現(xiàn)場指導教學，還搬來了專門負責CVS渠道的Allen，一個JBP匯報文件甩過來又聊了45min，寶潔的培訓不僅僅是在onboarding的時候發(fā)的幾個PPT，7：2：1真實存在的。
當我拿著PPT在采購經理面前一通胡吹亂泡之后，短短兩個星期，增長就達到了50%，看著價格帶越來越高，突然有一種自己的崽終于會把自己賣了的感覺（bushi）
真正的CBD，個個都是全能型人才
冠寓項目是所有項目里面最bug的存在，只是當時隨便提了一句可以搞這個項目，就被yolanda從七月初push到八月中旬，和詩涵一起在充滿蚊子的會議室里討論，從客群調查到選品定價，從活動場地聯(lián)系到物料最終確定，社群運營里充當水軍，海報里做畫圖小弟，背著易拉寶橫跨濟南。我到現(xiàn)在都記得易拉寶剛放完就被不知道哪個住戶撕了（在此衷心祝福他祖墳發(fā)大水）聯(lián)系agency重做的時候的焦急。以及發(fā)傳單的時候心里對各愿意接傳單的各位爸爸們的感激。
最終結果是，因為選品的問題，最終KPI險勝，在此感謝summer姐的olay大紅瓶促銷，KPI的增長極全靠olay，OLAY yyds
結束的時候yolanda問我，以后這個經歷會體現(xiàn)在簡歷上么，受制于慘淡的結果當時恨不得當場裝醉的我一臉慷慨激昂的表示以后一定要以此為恥，但現(xiàn)在想一想，那可是分銷商花了好多錢不求回報的給我們上了一課，這樣的機會，大概不是每個公司的客戶都愿意給實習生的。當然，龍湖物業(yè)之后引進了這樣一個生態(tài)模式，最終是否促成就未可知了，但是當我知道原來我的活動也是可以幫助到分銷商的時候，著實高興了好久。
不會賣衛(wèi)生巾的銷售不是好老爺們
yolanda讓我最后一個星期參加護舒寶大促的時候我是拒絕的，畢竟對于一個衛(wèi)生巾貼哪都不知道的男生而言，衛(wèi)生巾好像是另外一個世界的產物。但在那天晚上剪了一晚上的衛(wèi)生巾后，我鼓起了對抗世界的勇氣。
然后，我的銷售團隊在當天拿到了銷冠。。。
我很感謝各位姐姐阿姨在晚上的時候已經完全我忽略了我的性別，并且十分放心購買我給他們推薦的產品，設計的Demo演示法也成功的吸引了一批小姐姐的注意，當然最后成功sell in給兩個男生絕對是我能吹一輩子的事情。后遺癥就是。。我到現(xiàn)在進到便利店的時候還是會習慣性的看衛(wèi)生巾陳列，希望有一天護舒寶可以搶占第一視覺陳列區(qū)！
我與寶潔的故事并未終章
故事在這里并沒有結束，在我確定入職之后yolanda還給我寄了一個本子和一個明信片，雖然在暑假push我最狠，但也讓我在qualification的時候過的最穩(wěn)。不同于那些虛情假意，我們market的人來吉林滑雪的時候真的請我過去吃了一頓飯，當然，這頓飯讓我成功的拒掉了當時還在疑惑選擇的其他offer
我很感謝yolanda對我的信任和耐心，也感kiki和其他同事那天請我吃的飯。我不是一個自信的人，但寶潔用一個又一個項目告訴我，其實我可以做的不錯。
我無意給各位推薦寶潔，事情就是這么個事情，情況就是這么個情況。從兩個項目到最終完成三個半項目，我所經歷的一定不只有成功后的欣喜（還有夜晚一個人步行一公里去買一點點的期待）當然還有一個人晚上思考KPI的焦慮。
寶潔實習可以學東西 可以學到很多東西已經是一個老生常談了，但除此之外還有真的愿意相信你的老板，和你一起并肩作戰(zhàn)的buddy，愿意從零教你的同事，和一起玩狼人殺把你票出去的表哥（在此點名renly）
